Villa Jerada Sunday Supper

Our first Sunday Supper of the year was a Moroccan-inspired dinner created in collaboration with Mehdi Boujrada of Villa Jerada – our beloved spice vendor! Mehdi and Botanica chef Alex Barkley are old friends from Seattle – and they’ve collaborated on a beautiful menu highlighting flavors and foodways of Morocco. See the video and the photos!
