Refund Policy
FOR GIFT BOXES, We do not offer returns or refunds, but will replace any products that arrive damaged. Please send clear images of damaged goods to market@botanicarestaurant.com and we will process your replacement within 5 business days, barring inventory issues. Thank you!
Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days (not including holidays). We ship nationally via UPS Ground Shipping and all standard UPS policies apply. International shipping can be arranged by request; email us at market@botanicarestaurant.com.Shipping of alcohol is currently not available outside of California.
