We love a pickle. The key? A balance of tang, sweetness and spice, with farmers market vegetables front and center. We rotate the vegetables with the season, so there’s always something a little different in the jar. We love garnishing these with olive oil and za'atar, tucking them into a crudités spread, and using them on sandwiches.
